About the Position:


The Content Specialist will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers. The successful candidate will assist Level’s Agency Development Team in driving qualified sales pipeline and new business for Level Agency through effective content strategies and digital marketing initiatives. This role will be part of a growing team with opportunities for personal & professional growth. This role reports to our Digital Marketing Lead. The salary range for this position is $36,000 - $60,000.


We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.


Your Impact:


  • Design Responsibilities: You'll oversee designing an array of assets, from graphics and landing pages to pitch decks, sales collateral, and event materials.
  • Project Management: You'll assist in managing and coordinating projects that center around content development and marketing.
  • Administrative Duties: You'll support various administrative tasks related to digital marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Social Media Management: You'll oversee the agency's social media accounts, ensuring consistent, active, and engaging communication with our audiences.
  • Copywriting Duties: You'll craft compelling copy for various platforms, including organic social posts, blogs, press releases, and more.
  • Content Strategy and Coordination: You'll assist in devising and implementing the content strategy, along with coordinating its execution across various platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote thought leadership and foster content development across various disciplines.


Requirements


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Passion for learning and improvement.
  • Adept in project management tools with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate experience in design and copywriting.
