Your Mission


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing content strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives through owning and creating content. You will play a pivotal role in driving global brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and generating leads through compelling and strategic content. You will own and optimize the accessibility of our content management systems.


Responsibilities:


As the Content Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create an integrated editorial calendar that outlines content topics, formats, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement content distribution strategies in collaboration with the Director of Demand Generation and Field Marketing Leadership through various channels, such as website, blog, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and industry publications.
  • Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and factual accuracy
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content that educates, attracts and converts our target audience
  • Content Promotion and Distribution:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content goals, key messages, and content distribution channels.
  • You will be both a content producer and project manager over global agency/freelance content production as needed
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to leverage social media platforms and other content amplification techniques to maximize content reach and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social media posts, and more
  • Own and optimize the accessibility of our content management systems that house our collateral (Enable Us)
  • Conduct thorough research to identify relevant industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform content planning.
  • Content Strategy and Planning:


Your Skills


  • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Experience in a "player-coach" type of role within a marketing team. This is not a delegation role - you'll have to roll up your sleeves and do the work as well as manage agency/freelancers who also produce content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Content creation in the construction industry a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, related field and/or relevant job experience
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to measure content performance.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques,content optimization, and research

The estimated salary range offered for this role is $85,000.00-$90,000.00. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
