Remote (PST Hours)

6 Months Contract + Extensions on W2

Payrate: $30-35/HR

Must Haves:

• Ability to parse, analyze, and categorize large amounts of information quickly
• SharePoint online
• Microsoft suite experience
• Smartsheet experience
• Being able to read through large bodies of information and processes the information
• Creating or managing taxonomies and/or controlled vocabularies
• Information architecture experience - able to categorize information and being able to articulate what the information is.

Plusses:

• Retail/food industries
• Content management systems experience (CMS)
• Background in library science

Day to Day:

• Analysis of company resources that determines the presence of brand or legal material within the item to influence brand standards work; worker will be responsible for reviewing and assessing if an item should be considered in a final taxonomy of brand standards
• Assist in organizational structure and process for cataloguing company resources that serve standards for ease of reference
