What you will do:
- Owns the overall development, implementation, and support of Consumer Insights solutions by providing relevant market insights and foresights through data-driven tools and appropriate consumer research methodologies.
- Evaluates and conducts relevant research, and creates market briefs to leverage on business strategy and insights in pursuit of local, regional, and global strategic research initiatives
- Responsible for the development and integration of all consumer data and customer information sources to support the achievement of key business objectives, including championing the customer perspective in all strategic programs of the business
- Drive 'speed of insight to action' through proactive monthly engagement with the cross-functional team on strategic programs
- Co-leads quarterly business reviews and brand audits to unearth consumer, business, and market trends for unlocking of potential to impact the business positively
- Leads overall market research calendar and aligns with relevant cross-functional teams, including but not limited to menu marketing for product tests, pilot tests, and in-depth customer validation and ensures efficient and effective investments in relevant and responsive research projects
- Spearheads the transformation of consumer market research into customer experience research and user experience thought leadership
- Maximizes synergies with pricing & demand, business insights, and data & analytics for strategy and insights development

- Must have an extensive background in consumer research using quantitative, qualitative, and emerging new methodologies for large organizations
- Must have a keen interest in data and analytics
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and commit to rigorous data-driven decision-making
- Must have impressive storytelling, insighting, presentation, and facilitation skills
