Recently graduated from a bachelor's degree, interns join a growing consulting firm with a potential path from internship to full-time employment where they support projects with Government clients. Interns supports all areas of our consulting company operations, including research, contracts, marketing and communications, new business and proposals, recruiting, video/graphics, client delivery, and administrative tasks. Interns build skills, contribute to our company, and learn consulting. U.S. citizens only.


Internships last six to twelve months and provide the opportunity to convert into a full-time employee with good performance.

Candidates must be able to work approximately 20 hours per week during the school semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer. This is a paid internship with opportunities for bonuses. Candidates must be either currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a DC-metro area university.


All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment. Interns will work in our company offices four days a week and remotely one day a week. All Arc Aspicio employees and interns must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to starting work.


Required Qualifications


  • Experience and/or classwork with data analysis an added plus
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Compelling cover letter that demonstrates a strong understanding of Arc Aspicio
  • Disciplined and self-motivated with an interest in learning a wide range of business skills
  • Technology savvy, especially with Microsoft Suite and SharePoint
  • Ability to get a security clearance / U.S. citizens only/ no dual citizenship
  • Excellent problem solver who can support multiple workstreams
  • Graduated from a Bachelor's Degree in 2023 and ready to take on a fast-paced internship with a consulting firm
  • Excellent writer and communicator and ability to work with senior executives
  • Ability to commute easily to the DC office of the company
  • Experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint and other tools and communicating ideas visually
  • Experience in a professional office environment where collaboration, communication, and taking initiative are critical
  • Demonstrated experience working in a remote/hybrid environment
