Legend Biotech is seeking Consultant, Ethics and Compliance Operations as part of the Legal team based in Somerset, NJ.

This is a Contract role. We can consider converting the role to Permanent/Full-time after 6 months of performance evaluation.

Role Overview

Under the direction of the Compliance Officer, this position will be responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide compliance program, specifically, by managing compliance operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sunshine Act reporting (data review).
• HCP engagements, Adboards, Speaker programs, FMV.
• Support HCP engagement FMV.
• Support Auditing and Monitoring.
• Leading Policy Management process and system.
• Other compliance projects, as they arise.
• Support Operational Tasks.
• Leading Policies and Procedures creation.

Requirements

• Experience working in a compliance department.
• Knowledge of OIG seven elements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, anti-bribery considerations, and CDE rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a rapid growth environment, with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of adboards, speaker programs, FMV.
• High level of integrity with good ethical core values.
• Experience working with Commercial and Medical Affairs.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes and activities common to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and people skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and enforcement environment.
• Bachelors degree in related field (compliance).
• Ability to develop strong trusting and productive relationships within and across the business areas to seek alignment on objectives and achieve results.
• Solid experience in global biotech company with proven track record of managing projects requiring significant stakeholder involvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address business issues and management requests.
