Construction Worker Jobs

At Redz Movement, our workers perform a variety of jobs during all phases of construction. We’re looking for a highly productive and reliable construction worker to join our teams at various sites. The role entails a wide range of tasks, from basic to difficult to hazardous. These may include clearing and preparing a site; building scaffolds, barricades, bracing, and other structures; and operating concrete mixers, jackhammers, saws, drills, and more. Redz Movement is committed to customer satisfaction, and we’re looking for someone to grow with our company, both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, as well as with homeowners at job sites
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all job sites
• Assist craft workers such as contractors, electricians, and painters when necessary
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment at construction sites
• Finish general construction tasks according to blueprints

• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided
• Build or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Load and unload building materials and equipment
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
• Experience in performing general labor and construction

• Familiarity with how to read blueprints
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
