Job Description

We are a growing GC looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone with extensive high-end residential experience.


Requirements:

  • Previous tenant improvement experience
  • Experience working on projects greater than $1million
  • 5+ years of high-end residential experience
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience


Responsibilities:

  • Creating short-interval look-ahead project schedules that make sure that upcoming events are communicated, tracked and are being proactively attended to
  • Manage and look-ahead no less than two weeks to proactively identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions
  • Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met
  • Reading plans, layout and installation of all site and building aspects
