Construction Superintendent Jobs

• Work alongside the architects, subcontractors, and owners on updates/problems dealing with the project
• Work with municipalities to determine specific requirements on projects including obtaining permits
• Partner with Project Manager to develop a construction schedule, and maintain project schedule in accordance to subcontractor/supplier timelines
• Coordinate all site activities in order to complete work on time, within budget, and meet high quality expectations
• Review purchases/materials orders and subcontracts
• Require subcontractors to fix incorrect work and inform Project Manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering related major preferred
• Experience with a construction software (Procore preferred)
• MUST BE LOCAL- This is an on-site role
• MUST HAVE Experience with commercial tenant improvement/interior renovations/gut rehab projects
• 2-8 years of experience within Construction Management and specifically field oversight
• MUST HAVE Project experience dealing with occupied facilities
