Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to maintain and manage relationships while assuring that work is performed in accordance with project requirements
- Follows up, coordinates and communicates with managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure that applicable codes and specifications are met
- Monitors and updates all open transactions
- Demonstrates ability to maintain multiple projects and priorities at one time and effectively finish projects in a timely manner
- Updates project trackers for closeout responsibilities
- Understands complex database activities and ability to utilize complex databases
- Participate in weekly calls with specified markets
- Understand the written process for a single market . Completes moderately complex filing activities such as scanning and electronic filing
- Follow written directions and processes in single market
- Ability to self-prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Ability to locate documents in multiple electronic databases
- Assists in coordinating deliverables with other groups involved on the same project to minimize interference or errors
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates supplier and contractor activities, products, and reports for adherence to the Black and Veatch requirements
- Assists with expediting large volume of submittals and/or confirming that such submittals have been received from subcontractors
- Create multiple documents timely
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferred
