Concrete Flatwork Finisher/Laborer

Keller Inc. is a Design/Build General Contractor with locations in Kaukauna, Wausau, Germantown and Sun Prairie, WI. Keller is looking to hire a Concrete Flatwork Finisher/Laborer to work on a crew out of our Kaukauna location. This position includes full time employment, complete with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in our employee owned Company! Here’s what we need:

• Operate hand tools and equipment
• Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, freestall barns, and exterior slabs
• Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
• Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
• Operate concrete finishing equipment
• Detailed workmanship

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and bend for long periods of time while performing physical labor
• Must possess skills to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80 lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50 lbs from ground to shoulder level)
• Read and understand blueprints
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Ownership mentality
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Ability to travel – usually within the state of WI
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Knowledge of basic math skills

Earn up to $60,000 per year!
