Job Description
We are looking to hire Veterans, military spouses and Military transition personals. This job is a one-year apprenticeship and a potential job offer after. We are training veterans and military spouses about Technology Solutions and captures/ proposals.\ \ Job description:\


  • Recommend tools and technologies to meet customer requirements
  • Develop features and benefits for the technical solution and represent them in complex technical diagrams
  • Work as a part of the pre-sales team to provide technical solutions for customer requirements.
  • Analyze customer requirements to develop Organization Breakdown Structure, and Work Breakdown Structure, estimate workload requirements, develop performance requirements and service level agreements
  • Develop technical risks and mitigation strategies using a proven workaround for technical stack and tools
  • Apply principles of CMMI, ISO 9001:2018, ITIL V4, and CMMC to develop the concept of operations to meet technical requirements.


Qualifications


  • Good command on MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to including advanced formatting and editing skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Hands-on experience in developing working software
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Good Analytical skills and mature critical thinking
  • Working knowledge of proposal development and capture management for Federal customers
