Computer Service Technician Jobs

Position Summary

The Computer Service Technician will work with engineers and technicians to build and repair

irrigation control system PCs, including performing hardware and software configuration. In

addition, the technician will assist in providing operational support, to warehouse operations,

order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.

Position Responsibilities

 Build, repair and ship computers, electronics and other related items.

 Process incoming shipments. Clean and test returned computers and electronics for proper

operation.

 Provide technical support through phone and email communication with customers.

 Provide parts, availability, shipping, and pricing info to customers.

 Track, report, and follow up on customer orders, and product and technical issues.

 Process and fulfill orders received through online and email channels.

 Provide operational support in the Production and Service Center.

 Work in a warehouse environment where routine lifting of packages weighing 20-65lbs may

be required..

 Assemble, test, refurbish, and ship electronic irrigation control parts.

 Process incoming shipments (core returns). Receive, disassemble, clean, and test returned

irrigation control devices.

 Assist with order tracking and billing.
