ENTER COMMUNITY NAME HERE is recruiting for a hospitality focused Outreach Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for working with the Director of Sales & Marketing to successfully build occupancy thru sales and community outreach.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Outreach Coordinator:

Work closely with the management team on developing, implementing and updating all Marketing and Sales plans that include but are not limited to: 

Community Events 

Educational Seminars 

Professional Networking 

Advertising 

Public Relations 

Outreach

2. Responsible for referral development and meeting referral lead generation goals.

3. Responsible for reporting weekly referral development plan and tracking results.

4. Follow the ExSell with LCS sales process and utilization of ExSell Connection Sheets.

5. Responsible to maintain all expenditures for department to remain within budget allowances, review monthly operating statement for accuracy and explain variances to budget. Keep appropriate records. Assist with preparation of Yearly Marketing Budget.

6. Utilize strong interpersonal skills in identifying and maintaining key relationships with the greater community and professional sources.

7. Work in partnership with the Community staff to insure all aspects of sales process (inquiry, tour, follow-up and closing the sale) are handled professionally and expertly.

8. Insure appropriate follow-up activities so all inquiries are identified, scheduled, completed and documented.

9. Utilize C3 Prism customer relationship management system on a daily basis to capture key data as required.

10. Participate with management team to assure the marketability of the Community including: 

Upkeep and attractiveness. 

Resident/family communications. 

Utilization of internal events for marketing. 

In-house marketing and sales training.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

Education Required: 

Bachelor’s Degree (with emphasis in marketing/sales preferred).

Experience : 

One year of experience in senior living industry / healthcare. 

Three to five years of experience in marketing/sales. 

One year of experience in hospitality preferred.
