Job Description
Job Responsibilities


Under the supervision of the Director of Admissions, serves as the Communication


Specialist utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Establishes and maintains all outreach to students throughout the enrollment cycle in collaboration with supervisor and the College. Creates, implements, and maintains the student communication plan. Utilizes the CRM, SMS, and other resources to connect students to the College and promote important dates and events. Updates the CRM events, campus visits, and the college website calendar with timely information. Maintains open communication with the CCTC community regarding enrollment initiatives. Utilizes and maintains the CRM and associated tools to include required updates and implementation of new features. Assists with providing approved access to features for users. Develops and implements training for end users. Creates, maintains, and provides CRM, Argos, and other reports for follow-up, tracking, and comparison. Stays up-to-date on admissions and financial aid processes, registration processes, institutional policies, and academic programs of study to effectively communicate with students throughout the enrollment cycle. Maintains recruitment literature and supplies. Supports recruitment staff at various community events as needed. Supervises work study student(s) work by ensuring prospect data is entered accurately and timely in the CRM. Participates in the implementation of the College's recruitment plan by developing student enrollment goals in collaboration with supervisor, assistant directors, VP of Student Affairs, Marketing, and academic units. Assists supervisor in interpreting the College's ongoing marketing approach to assess growth strategies. Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be
