Job Description

Have working knowledge of coffee, tea, blended drinks and food that is served in a coffee shop environment. Be able to recommend coffee blended drinks to the customer and ensure prompt delivery of beverage or food. Provide service based on Rosen Standards.


Minimum Requirements


This job requires extensive walking, bending, answering phones, lifting up to 40 lbs., stocking the coolers, and sweeping, mopping, cleaning, food handling for the entire shift. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred or must have at least six months of relevant experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and general public.
