About Sales Impact Academy

Sales Impact Academy is the world's leading go-to-market learning platform providing a continuous learning solution for high-growth technology companies. The business launched in October 2019 and already has over 250 customers including Gong, G2 and Klaviyo.

The traditional sales training organizations have let B2B companies down, with a complete lack of formal, structured, continuous, and skills based education in sales and go-to-market. It means that 50 million + people across the world are learning on the job, and every individual contributor and leader is at constant risk of missing their targets (and often do). It means that companies lose $115K every time a sales person overturns.

Enter SIA. The world’s leading revenue teams maximize productivity with us. Our north star is to drive improvements for all stakeholders in the revenue organization: We fuel growth and higher retention rates for companies., and we drive higher compensation and career paths for individuals within companies.

Sales Impact Academy is solving this industry crisis by bringing together the world’s best talent to teach structured, online courses with high learning design principles.

Over 100 instructors on the platform include people like Mark Roberge who was CRO at Hubspot, Sarah Brazier from Gong, Chris Voss (FBI's lead international hostage negotiator), Dan Steinman from Gainsight, Elissa Fink former CMO of Tableau, and many others.

Sales Impact Academy is backed by VCs including MIT’s Endowment Fund, Stage 2 Capital, HubSpot Ventures and Emerge Education. Sales Impact Academy has just closed a new round of funding which serves as a proxy for stability in our go forward journey.

About the role

As a Coach Network Manager, you would be a key member in our Product team. Under direction of the Chief Product Officer, you would be solely responsible for developing the strategic plan, recruitment, onboarding, deployment and management of SIA's coaches to support the teaching of live classes, workshops and product tests.

You would work closely with the Education and Product Operations teams to ensure that SIA is growing a high-quality coaching network that is resilient and able to scale and adapt to the growing demands of our product. To achieve this you would be required to create and run an interview process designed to discover industry experts who are capable of facilitating meaningful feedback and practice. Once the interview process has yielded successful individuals, they must be maintained & engaged in the coach pool for SIA to utilize in future. This role requires a proactive individual who is confident working autonomously and capable of making informed and smart decisions independently throughout the end to end coach recruitment and management process.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute engagement strategies for the SIA coach pool to ensure that we have a vast range of individuals to rely on for an array of involvements such as classes, product tests and workshops.
  • Lead the onboarding process and experience for all new coaches ensuring they are trained to coach the SIA way. You will need to liaise with the product operations managers to ensure all coaches have access to the required tech and have been invited to take part in other courses on our platform.
  • Build upon the foundations of the coach community at SIA by continuing the coaching newsletter and creating new and unique ways for coaches to connect with their peers and learners. The coach NPS will be a metric you sweat!
  • Manage and improve the experience of existing coaches within our network and reposition the way in which they work with SIA to increase the value received by customers. This may include rolling out reduced fee structures in conjunction with more meaningful coach engagements.
  • Effectively manage the deployment of SIA coaches as and when required by the business. You’ll need to deeply understand the strength and value each coach brings in order to put forward the best coach for the job.
  • Coach evaluation frameworks applied to all our coaches to ensure the quality standards of our coaching roster are maintained and appropriate actions can be taken when the standards are not met.
  • Run an end to end interview and recruitment process which is successful and continuous in identifying top tier coaches capable of facilitating meaningful feedback and practice. This continuous recruitment must build up a resilient and quality SIA coach pool to draw from.
  • Maintain and instill a business centric outlook to coach recruitment, management and deployment at SIA. How can we utilize our coaches to create a higher impact and value return for the business while improving their experience at SIA.

A Bit About You

  • Self-starter. A highly motivated individual capable of using your own initiative to move a process along and confident in your ability to excel in your role while driving your key metrics.
  • Curious in nature and always questioning ‘why’ we do things the way we do and ‘how’ we can do them better through the 3 key lenses (business outcomes, coach experience, internal efficiency).
  • You have 1-3 years related work experience as a recruiting manager or recruiter.
  • Organized. Capable of managing the multiple complex stages of recruitment in parallel as you will have multiple candidates progressing through different stages of your pipeline at any one given time.
  • Resilient in dealing with high-pressure and timeline situations such as a last minute recruitment for an unavailable coach.
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to new coaching requirements or situations. You must be willing to approach each new situation in a solution focused positive manner and think outside of the box to reach the desired outcome.
  • Confident, personable and professional when interacting with high-profile individuals. Excellent communication skills are required to recruit, manage, negotiate and support world-class industry leaders.
