Job Description
What to Expect
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Elgin, Illinois location.
This is a full-time position. Work hours during normal shifts are 7:00am-3:30pm there may be overtime when the business needs the coverage
What You’ll Do
  • Report all maintenance issues in writing to the appropriate Department Supervisor and Operations Managers.
  • Any other duties that me be assigned by department manager.
  • Machine parts to print using vertical CNCs and or CNC lathes Promote teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Promote and ensure safe working practices and a healthy work environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong decision-making skills Strong math skills.
  • Experience with Fanuc controls Programing experience.
  • Basic computer skills Able to work with and give feedback to department supervisors to resolve issues on the shop floor.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads
  • Must be organized and self-motivated.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • At least 3 years of CNC mill experience Understanding of M and G code
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift at 25 lbs.
