Job Description
Responsibilities And Tasks
  • Preparing and running machines, including adjusting or replacing tooling, guides, jigs, and fixtures
  • Operating machinery (experience with Haas, Trumpf, or Mazak is preferred)
  • Performing other tasks as assigned
  • Adhering to established processes and rules to support safety and quality programs
Qualifications And Skills
  • Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, box calipers, slide dial calipers, and micrometers
  • Ability to operate cranes and forklifts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Ability to provide high-quality work for all internal and external customers related to their position's output
  • Ability to set up and operate one or more processing machines
  • Ability to convert decimals to fractions and vice versa
  • Ability to interpret simple blueprints
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools such as hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, grinders, and banders
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand conversational English
  • Ability to convert English to metric
