ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB? The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, although there may be some variations based on the needs of our residents and the facility. As a CNA Supervisor at our rehabilitation center, you can expect a fulfilling and varied role that requires strong leadership and exceptional clinical skills. Your responsibilities include coordinating and assigning daily tasks to our CNAs, and providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with care plans and facility policies. You conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and mentoring to promote professional growth and development. In addition, you also collaborate closely with our nursing and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. This may involve participating in care conferences, addressing resident concerns, and assisting with the development and implementation of care plans. You monitor staffing levels, making adjustments as needed to ensure adequate coverage and quality care. Your commitment to excellence and your ability to lead with compassion and professionalism is instrumental in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our seniors.
