The Role & Department
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Trial Aassociate (CTA) to be part of Global Clinical Operations in our Princeton, NJ location.
Global Clinical Operations is part of Genmab Clinical Development and is responsible for managing the Genmab clinical trials from early phase trials (FIH) to late-stage trials while ensuring processes live up to regulations and business ethics.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the Clinical Trial Manager on one or more trials in all relevant aspects of trial preparation, trial conduct, documentation and archiving.

Key responsibilities
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and write minutes, support QC and development of graphical presentations, etc.
  • Support handling of site contracts, ongoing updates of the trial dashboard, trial budget maintenance and development
  • Responsible for setting-up and maintaining the sponsor file, review, QC and file trial related documents in the eTMF system
  • Handle insurances
Requirements – what you must have
  • You are proficient with both written and spoken English
  • You are highly skilled within MS Office and have flair for using IT systems
  • You have a background as Clinical Trial Administrator from a similar position, or have an education as Registered Nurse, or similar
  • Preferably you have worked at least 3 years in an administrative position within the pharmaceutical industry and are experienced in the planning and execution of clinical trials
Where you will work
This role is located in Princeton, NJ, USA and is hybrid; or can be remote (if not in driving commuting distance to Princeton, NJ USA office).
For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$61,875.00-$103,125.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
