PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic is looking to add an experienced Clinical Supervisor to our team. We have a welcoming, positive work environment and a state of the art facility opening in October. Key
Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with Medical Director, review and approve schedule provided by Clinical Lead Tech
  • Supervisor of all support staff (technicians, assistants, client service representatives)
  • Clinical and Administrative duties
  • Collaborate with Medical Director
  • Lead staff with positive attitude
  • Approving PTO/sick time/holiday schedule for DVMS and support staff with Medical Director
  • Handle client complaints, escalate to Medical Director or Practice Manager if needed
  • Train new technicians and assistants with Clinical Lead tech

Qualifications:
  • Licensed technician preferred
  • Leadership abilities – collaborative, yet able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in veterinary medicine
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing
  • Must be a people person who is kind and caring to all staff and clients
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with supervising and training clinical staff
  • Ability to handle complex and/or emotional situations

Salary: $31-36 ( based on experience)
