Location
We are located at 81 Highland Ave in Salem, MA, on the campus of Salem Hospital. As a Cardiology offices, we specialize in treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease as well as cardiac electrophysiology/arrhythmia management, interventional cardiology and vascular medicine. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

General Overview
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and improvement of all clinical operations and clinical staff throughout the assigned site. Typically a promotional opportunity for a seasoned Medical Assistant, the role entails performing the duties of a clinical staff member while simultaneously serving as a mentor, resource, and lead for the rest of the staff. This position acts as a liaison between the site-based clinical staff, operations leadership, and clinical leadership.

• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in physician office setting required
• Previous management experience in a physician practice setting strongly preferred
• Advanced degree in related field preferred
