Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Study Assistant. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience and contribute to our internal clinical evaluation program for ultrasound products.


As a Clinical Study Assistant, you will work closely with Clinical Product Managers in the Ultrasound Business, supporting the recruitment and imaging of volunteers using our ultrasound systems and software under development.

salary: $29 per hour

flexible work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

In this position you will:

Have the opportunity to work with the Clinical Product Managers in the Ultrasound Business and be responsible for supporting the internal clinical study program where we recruit volunteers to be imaged with our ultrasound systems and software under development.


Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating the day-to-day operations of continued study for ultrasound products.


• Ensure that the Clinical Development team is supported through facilitating participant recruitment, consent, and payment.


• Compliance tracking of delegated research personnel have to ensure all training requirements are completed requirements and maintain applicable training protocol.


• Serves as the initial contact to compliance support, document control, and other stakeholder teams.

Job Schedule/days is flexible (30-40 hrs per week, no OT). Job is based in Cambridge MA office 2-3 days per week, and Andover, MA office 1-2 days per week.
