We are looking for an experienced Clinical Quality Specialist to join our Network and Clinical Quality team. As a Clinical Quality Specialist, you'll lead peer proficiency reviews, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and provide essential clinical support for network providers. Your expertise will create a substantial impact in upholding the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Do

• Quality Management
• Assist with clinical risk management
• Assist with Interrater Reliability initiative
• Peer Proficiency Review
• Assist with the development of clinical policy and procedures
• Clinical Support
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives as needed
• Conduct room/documentation audits to investigate complaints and determine the validity of findings and evaluate improvement opportunities and risk
• Develop and evolve criteria used to evaluate clinical quality
• Assist with provider performance monitoring and remediation
• Provide clinical support cross-departmentally
• Support providers in network with clinical issues and connect them with peer consultants as needed
• Coordinate with Quality Management about room/documentation audits to guide practitioner action plans
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Coordinate with CMO, SVP, Network, Director of Clinical & Quality, and/or Manager of Quality to support execution of special clinical projects

About You

• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Current license to practice independently without supervision (i.e. Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, Psychologist)
• Minimum of Master’s Degree in counseling or related field degree.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
