Health Care 4 Allhave an essential opportunity for a Clinical Manager, RN position. The Clinical Manager is the person who manages all patient care services including planning, coordination, leading, controlling, and evaluation of home health services.

Responsibilities:

●Consults, plans, and works with Administrator, in policy formulation and programmatic development and implementation, including assessing adequate and appropriate staffing.

●Evaluates the program, services, and field personnel.

●Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives.

●Oversees the implementation, and evaluation, of client care services inclusive of regulatory licensure and certification criteria and accreditation standards.

●Ensures the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.

●Promotes staff development.

Qualifications:

●Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.

●Must have at least two years of homecare experience and, at least, one year of supervisory experience in a team leader role.

●A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

●Authorized to work in the US.
