Located on a large private ranch on the outskirts of beautiful Cedar City, Discovery Ranch for Girls is a licensed, accredited residential treatment center for for adolescent females and non-binary students. As our Clinical Coordinator, you will maintain organization systems and manage day-to-day functions in order to allow our Clinical Team to operate as effectively as possible.
Discovery Ranch South combines the power of traditional and experiential therapies to create a clinically sophisticated, relationship-based residential treatment program. Responsibilities:

• Manage expenses in the Clinical Department
• Collect research survey outcomes
• Coordinate logistics and communication in treatment team
• Maintain documentation between the Clinical Team and outside agencies
• Facilitate additional client communication
• Manage outcome tools
• Attend Clinical Team meetings
• Coordinate and/or manage BlueStep, the Parent Portal, and basic related IT issues
• Audit charts for insurance compliance

Requirements

• Able to pass criminal investigation background check
• Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
• 21+ years of age
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
