Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a candidate to train our clients on the on-line client experience and train our advisors on the advisor desktop. Client and Advisor Experience Trainer. The candidate would be responsible for assisting clients with their on-line experience with NEW. This will include helping clients learn how to access their accounts on the NEW client portal as well as the client portals for our vendor partners, Orion, eMoney and Fidelity. In addition, this individual will help train new employees on the advisor desktop. The advisor desktop includes many applications. The primary focus will be on Okta, Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, eMoney, and SharePoint.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing feedback to development team regarding systems/applications supporting NewEdge Wealth
  • Become proficient/expert on all desktop tools as well as client portals
  • Ensure new hires have adequate technical assistance to setup and navigate technology platforms
  • Regularly meets with new hires individually, training in a one-on-one or small group setting
  • Provide training and demonstrations to internal employees and end-clients
  • Work with internal development teams, vendors, and customers in support of NewEdge Wealth’s systems/applications
  • Executing an engagement plan as new teams and employees onboard; provide training, resources, setup meetings as needed
  • Work with clients to assist in linking outside accounts to client portals
  • Maintain NEW’s Learning Hub as well as develop training material: FAQs; Self-Service videos and documentation; onboarding; etc
  • Travel for on-site training of new teams onboarding
  • Work with internal development teams and operations to create and implement process improvements
  • Participate in Business Development process, supporting as needed


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiar with one or all of the main applications – Salesforce, Orion, Wealthscape, OKTA, and/or other Wealth Management/Financial services applications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Patience
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • 3-5 years of technical or client relationship management experience
  • Ability to learn and understand new technology
  • Experience in training technical applications
  • Proficient in office automation products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ADOBE, Docusign, Sharepoint, etc.

Compensation will be comprised of a base salary and opportunity to qualify for a quarterly performance-based bonus program.
