Job Description

Summary/Objective

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for initiating and maintaining case management of clients by assisting them with finding housing, transportation, childcare, etc. while facilitating the onboarding of clients with sponsoring employers to start work upon receipt of employment authorization documents (EAD) and Permanent Resident Visas.


Duties/Responsibilities

• Manages pipeline to facilitate onboarding of clients with sponsoring employers to start work upon receipt of employment authorization documents (EAD) and Permanent Resident Visas

• Initiates and maintains case management of clients, assisting them with finding housing, transportation, childcare, etc., to start work

• Coordinates various documents for clients, such as offer letters, work location information, and city guides

• Updates pipeline database(s) with relevant information and documents

• Provides general resources to help clients overcome obstacles preventing them from starting work on time and regularly follow up to troubleshoot to ensure that they are overcoming these obstacles.

• Escalates pressing/urgent problems or issues to the Director of CS

• Reports to the Director of CS weekly on the progress of cases

• Communicates regularly with clients via Intercom to answer questions and follow up on progress for onboarding.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience

• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills

• Keen attention to detail, extremely well-organized • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow up and follow through (within 2 business days or less)

• Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, etc. Preferred Experience

• Experience in case management such as social work or non-profit setting (handling caseloads of 50+ clients)

• OR experience in customer service in a business setting

• OR experience in relocation services

• Cross-cultural relational skills

• Task-oriented while simultaneously people-oriented
