Lucid Millennial is hiring a Full-Time Client Service Representative to help our clients continue expanding into new territories. No experience is necessary. The Role of the Client Service Representative:

Being a Client Service Representative in the retail industry can vary day-to-day as each customer brings different needs, desires, and their own unique style. This allows you to showcase your top sales skills as you work to meet these various needs! You may assist with acquiring new customers for our client, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Ensuring store neatness and cleanliness is directly in line with providing superior customer service and helps showcase the products we have for sale! You should maintain awareness of product information and ongoing merchandise promotions and advertisements. Qualifications for a Successful Client Service Representative:

High school diploma/GED required. Pre-Employment Background check is required. If you are the right fit for the team, we will provide the training and structure you need to be successful, even if you are entry-level! Let us get to know what your professional goals are.

We work to be as flexible as possible with scheduling, but being in a retail environment, there are weekends and peak sales holidays. We ask our employees to be ready to work!

What We Offer:

We offer guaranteed hourly pay as well as commission compensation. Employees ready and eager to sell can reap the benefits of these non-capped commissions offered, with an estimated wage range between $35,000 - $50,000 per year!
