We’re committed to helping our community gain access to reliable communication services through hands-on outreach campaigns. We are hiring a Client Relations Representative in the Sacramento area to expand outreach. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, adhering to the Federal Lifeline Program's guidelines, and maximizing outreach. The Client Relations Representative will work with the executive staff to compile data and evaluate the success and profitability of each event to report back to our clients.

Entry Level Client Relations Responsibilities:

• Increase community awareness on available promotions and services through interactive outreach initiatives
• Educate community members on available services
• Team management and mentorship
• Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
• Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.
• Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies

Entry-Level Client Relations Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
• Impeccable work ethic
• Student mentality and the desire to continue learning
• Able to problem-solve effectively
• 1-2 years of marketing, sales or customer service experience
