Job Summary
- Maintains a high level of client communications, including follow-up calls, welcome letters, greeting cards, etc.
- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- Support and interact professionally with closers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
- Responsible for greeting customers by name and directing them to the closing room or the appropriate person.
- Log recordings within the company tracing software so policies can be completed.
- Build and establish reports with new and existing customers.
- Greet visitors, clients, and customers promptly and courteously and offer/serve beverages or snacks.
- Review order reports and call on Non- directing customers for follow up
- Responsible for opening, sampling, organizing, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail, including packages, courier deliveries, and overnight express packages. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Supports all levels of communications, including inbound/outbound calls, and directs or relays messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintains neat, organized, and clean receptions area and closing rooms.
- Track and follow up on uncashed checks.
- Handles customer service requests
- Review orders for accuracy and completion
- Maintained daily closing room schedules by reviewing scheduling the day before to understand the transactions to determine if we should do something special for the client/customer.
- Processes incoming searches/inquiries via email
- Responsible for entering Title Order information into the company's internal systems
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to establish positive professional working relationships with co-workers, clients, customers, and public
- Knowledge and understanding of real estate and title insurance processing and products.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation.
- Outgoing and Energetic customer service professional with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated.
- Ability to have a goal-oriented focus to provide an outstanding experience for the customer/client.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
