CB Client Onboarding - Card Product Implementation - Vice President - 603
Role Summary:
The Card Product Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of commercial card implementations. This role will contribute expertise to defining new J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Card solutions in conjunction with Sales, Consulting and Product teams. Manage client solutions from inception to completion within specified timeframes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead dialogue with the client, sales team and subject matter experts to drive collaboration, resolve conflicts and build consensus
  • Develop a project plan tailored to the complex and dynamic needs of large clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products & services, and training requirements directly to external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage client relationships and partner with the sales team to present and communicate to clients with data-based decision making skills to leverage technology and promote digital adoption to exceed client expectations
  • Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm
  • Identify, execute and lead innovative complex, large scale client onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience

Ultimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Card Product Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement
  • Use of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans
  • Empower to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including - RFP responses, clients presentations and client visits
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.
  • Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services
  • Representing us as the client facing, technical contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world
  • Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Ability to anticipate, analyze and create data to provide holistic insights with a knack for creative, visual story telling
  • Motivated and results oriented creative thinker
  • Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results
  • Passion for learning new working models, technologies and industry trends
  • Expert level abilities in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a professional setting
  • Strong leader combined with demonstrated experience in structuring and managing projects with competing resources, priorities and changing workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Technical client consulting experience to support technical roles
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
