The Role:
Our Client Engagement team advises and guides a wide variety of clients, ensuring they launch the Inbox Health platform successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from their relationship with us. We are seeking an energetic, experienced Client Engagement Manager (CEM) who loves to work with and grow a portfolio of small business clients. As an Inbox Health CEM, you will work with a portfolio of medical billers contracted by our sales team to onboard their medical practices onto our patient billing platform. Part sales person, project manager, consultant and product expert, our CEMs are continually focused on helping our clients improve their patient billing and be successful with Inbox Health. The role requires minimal travel.
Requirements
  • Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction with a focus on client loyalty
  • Support administrative functions such as revenue forecasting and Accounts Receivable for your client portfolio
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics
  • Project manage multi-month onboarding projects - great organizational skills are critical
  • Demonstrate a combination of patience and enthusiasm while working with clients to meet company objectives
  • Articulate our value proposition in a compelling manner to drive adoption of our solution - demonstrate solid sales skills to motivate medical billers and their practices to roll out our solution (the initial sale will have already been completed)
  • Work well in a start-up environment - coordinating with support and engineering teams on client requirements
  • Identify common client challenges and actively suggest better solutions
  • Dig into and understand our software application in order to support the onboarding and lifecycle needs of your client portfolio (i.e. technical aptitude)
  • Help drive client references and case studies
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for clients
  • Empathize with every aspect of the client experience, putting clients’ needs first
  • Coach medical billers to be product experts and train their teams on Inbox Health best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient
  • Craft client onboarding assets, adapt template client onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of clients concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Strong work ethic going above and beyond
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Familiarity with use of a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, ClickUp)
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing client success, account management, consulting or strategic consulting organization. SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through client issues
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications preferred
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Consistent track record of highly-professional client success in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Additional Details
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New Haven, Connecticut.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 with quarterly bonus based on performance. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Inbox Health's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
