Client Care Coordinator Jobs

We are working with our client Gather Financial Planning in seeking a Client Care Coordinator, to be based in their Falmouth, Maine office.

Requirements of the Client Care Coordinator:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office (Word & Excel) and CRM database skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a service setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities of the Client Care Coordinator:

• Provides administrative assistance to the financial planning team.
• Provides professional customer service to clients in person, email, and telephonically.
• Builds and maintains close relationships with clients.
• Tracks and monitors client financial planning projects in CRM.
