A Day in the Life of a Client Care Coordinator


As a Client Care Coordinator, You Will


  • Assist with caregiver engagement by providing support with interviews, orientation, and educational training.
  • Document follow up in the Company's electronic medical records system.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and client family members
  • Effectively form relations with clients and caregivers
  • Work with payroll and billing on issues that arise with caregiver pay and/or client billing concerns.
  • Assist the Credentialing Specialist with the upkeep of caregiver's licensure and credentials.
  • Follow up and if needed have disciplinary conversations with caregivers when their actions do not match the Company's mission, vision and values or goes against the Company's policies.
  • Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure that clients are receiving consistent care.
  • Understand both the need and the skill preference of the client and appropriately match them with caregivers who possess those skills and abilities.
