MISSION
Clean, stocking and supplying to keep the designated facility areas.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
To clean the designated areas according to the instructions given, using the appropriate tools and products.
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Cooperate with the rest of the staff, if needed
Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors (after receiving proper instruction and training)
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
To replenish consumable items if required.
To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
