Cleaner (Manufacturing Plant, Night Shift)

The Manufacturing Plant Cleaner will be responsible for assisting a small team cleaning our glue machines nightly. Our team centered environment creates a family feel that you will enjoy being a part of while earning your base wage of $19.35 an hour with an additional $2.55 an hour shift differential. HOUR: Night Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00pm-4:30am (over-time as needed) JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS: Performs all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company safety policies Assures team follows all safety polices, including LOTO of machinery Self-motivated and quick problem solver Respects others; works well alone and with others Able to manage responsibilities effectively resulting in quality results Is a quick learner Maintains a clean and organized work area Able to lift 50+ pounds and to stand during the shift Able to drive forklift is a plus Knowledge/experience of 5s system is a plus COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting at $19.35/hr + $2.55/hr shift differential Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions 401K options Paid Time Off MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY: We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North America's leading manufacturers of quality residential and commercial interior wood doors.
