Job Description
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Construction Room Cleaner


Position type: Fulltime/Contract


Location : Chandler, AZ - 85248


Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-3:30PM


Fully Onsite Role


As a Construction Room Cleaner You Will


  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Both understand and take direction effectively
  • Empty trash cans and dispose of waste materials.
  • Cleaning in crawl spaces 24 high. Both confined and non-confined spaces
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Clean and sanitize rooms effectively.
  • Clean at/ on elevated surfaces and ceilings
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Dust surfaces and clean windows


They Must Be Ok With The Following


  • Able to lift 35 lbs
  • Wearing a bunny suit to work in
  • Standing for 10 hours a day
  • Variation in temperature meaning it could be cold or it could be hot (We are in Arizona where the weather is HOT in the summer time)
  • Cleaning all day very detailed oriented
