You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like.

• Work week: Monday - Friday (casually once or twice a month)
• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Paid Training
• Daily Pay: $254.40 Per Day Worked
• Solo Miles Pay: $00.58 per Mile
• Additional Work When Desired by Drivers
• Solo Stops Pay: $26.50 per Stop

• Freight: Occasional Touch – Commercial Foam
• Route: Local Home Daily
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Trailer Type: Dry Van
• Deliver SOLO To: OK, AR, & TX
• Equipment: Hand Cart & Dolly
• Tractor Type: Sleeper
  • Must be able to operate a Manual transmission tractor
• Must be able to operate a Manual transmission tractor

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Pass a DOT physical
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training and customer service
• Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Other tasks as assigned
• Maintaining accurate records and logs Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
