We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Case Investigator to join our team. As a Field Case Investigator, you will conduct in-person visits to clients' homes to gather accident information, close cases, and perform accident investigations. Your role will involve the following:

• Collecting evidence.
• Building rapport with clients.
• Ensuring accurate and thorough case reports.
• Documenting essential details.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of investigations and case updates.
• Set up a rapport and effectively communicate with clients to collect relevant details and understand their perspectives.
• Conduct in-person visits to clients' homes to gather accident information, close cases, and perform accident investigations.
• Collect and preserve evidence, including photographs, witness statements, and other relevant materials.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
• Document accurate and comprehensive case reports, ensuring all essential information is captured.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and gather information.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish / Fluent Spanish speaker
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using technology and mobile devices for documentation and communication.
