Claims Analyst Jobs

Our client, a top denim brand, is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract role. This Entry level role is fully onsite in their Hebron, KY location.
Responsibilities:

• Helping with the resolution of customer claims with help from AR.
• Scanning and logging all completed BOLs (bills of lading) into company system.
• Retrieving and scanning PODs into company system.
• Retrieving documentation as requested by Account Receivables.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Systems-oriented with proficient skill level experience with Microsoft platforms - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Analyst-type experience in working with claims.
• Can manage a time-bound schedule.
