What will you be doing?
The Health and Safety Specialist handles investigations related to center licensing violations and incidents that involve any children. Responsibilities include:
- Finalizing incident reports for Operations.
- Following up after an investigation including recommendations of further action where appropriate.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Creating investigation reports outlining incidents.
- Conducting all investigations related to licensing, and incidents involving children in centers.
- Completing audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Ensuring all safety inspections are completed in the Centers as required.

Requirements:
- Associate in related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience investigating employee issues an asset
- Management experience required
- 3+ years childcare experience preferred
