• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
• Lead corporate development efforts, including identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances to expand our market presence and enhance our competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in venture financing, private equity, and M&A transactions.
