About Good Landing Recovery

Good Landing Recovery, located just outside Atlanta, provides individual & group therapy for men and women who struggle with drugs & alcohol. Our evidence-based recovery program uses Christ-centered & biblically-based treatments to break the chains of addiction, restore hope, & experience lasting transformation.


Good Landing Recovery exists to destroy the power of addiction by creating an atmosphere where God can restore families and lives through the body, spirit, and soul. Our unique and integrative approach to each person's recovery emphasizes healing and growth in every area of their life. We understand that no addiction is just a physical or mental battle, and it doesn't just affect one person's life. Our goal is a total transformation of each person, inside and out, so we can return them to a healthy, safe, and healing family environment.


We seek a skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization through a season of rapid growth to expand our impact. The COO will provide executive leadership to ensure the success of our treatment programs.


About the Chief Operating Officer Role:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to support organizational initiatives and achieve our strategic goals
  • Lead a team through a season of rapid scaling by combining a heart for ministry with business savvy
  • Build a team that is poised for growth
  • Foster an environment of high performance & accountability
  • Address any obstacles to client care
  • Support the organization's financial stability through efficient day-to-day operations
  • Evaluate our services offered to individuals and families to optimize our client recovery success
  • Identify, plan, & implement key efforts to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, & improve delivery time for business stability & client satisfaction
  • Enforce organizational guidelines, policies, & procedures in accordance with funding source requirements, including State & Federal law


Our Ideal Chief Operating Officer:

  • Analytical: Someone who complements our CEO with the ability to manage day-to-day operations in alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Experienced: 5+ years of operational leadership experience, medical, mental health, or non-profit experience is a plus. Has a proven record of helping organizations scale.
  • Christ-Oriented: Must integrate your faith in Christ with everything we do in the organization.
  • Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment. One minute you'll be involved in crisis counseling, and the next, in an intense meeting with an insurance company to advocate for a patient.
  • Leader: Passion for building strong teams. Committed to getting the right people in the right seats.
  • Collaborative: Ability to build strong relationships within the organization and with key partners.


What We Offer our Chief Operating Officer:
