Backed by industry giants like Polychain, Solana Foundation, and other reputable firms, they are experiencing rapid growth and expanding their exceptional team. They are building a cutting-edge, high-performance, modular infrastructure, similar to what Microservices was for Web2. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing their marketing strategy to drive growth, brand recognition, and market penetration. You will also work closely with the CEO to develop, shape, and execute the company’s growth strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, leveraging APIs to optimize marketing efforts, driving the successful launch and promotion of their token, and developing overall marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, brand recognition, and customer acquisition.
• Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, blockchain technology, and related marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of APIs and their utilization in optimizing marketing efforts, enabling seamless integration with various platforms and systems.
• Deep understanding of the crypto space, including emerging trends, market dynamics, regulatory considerations, exchanges, wallets, and how all the ecosystem partners work together
• Strong online presence and proven experience in leveraging digital platforms and social media channels within the crypto industry to build brand awareness, engage with the community, and drive user adoption.
• A passion for the crypto industry and a desire to make a significant impact by leveraging expertise in token launches and marketing strategies.
• Huge plus if experience building a marketing strategy for Web3 Infrastructure startup - Moonbeam and Polygon are a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, Master's degree is a plus
• In-depth knowledge & expertise in marketing analytics, including the ability to implement effective measurement frameworks and derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
• Previous experience as a CMO in the crypto industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading marketing efforts for a crypto project, driving user acquisition, and building brand recognition.
• Successful track record of launching token(s) - creating the marketing strategy from scratch at an early stage crypto native startup
