Chief Financial Officer Jobs

The CFO oversees the strategic financial direction of the company. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer & President and a member of the Executive “Possibilities” Team, the CFO is actively involved with analyzing and participating in strategic, operational, and financial decisions affecting the organization. This role oversees the finance, accounting, investment, risk, and information technology teams.

Serves as a member of the Mather Retirement Plans Committee, overseeing the 401(k) plan, and as an officer of six not-for-profit corporations, numerous limited liability corporations, including not-for-profit and for-profit joint ventures. Also serves as a member of Mather’s Investment Committee.

The role is based in Chicagoland, within commuting distance of the Mather Headquarters office in Evanston, IL.
