Chief Financial Officer: Fully Remote

We are looking for a Remote Chief Financial Officer for our growing Multi-Industry Business Group. We are looking for a professional who is a visionary leader and enjoys collaborating with others to achieve aggressive goals. This person will directly report to the owner and is responsible for all internal/ external finance and accounting teams and processes.

Remote Chief Financial Officer Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Ensure effective internal controls are in place
• Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets and five-year business plans and reporting against the same
• Manage banking relationships and adherence to bank covenants
• Supervise all internal and external accounting personnel
• Evaluate current systems and determine if the implementation of new systems as related to accounting and payroll is necessary
• Responsible for hiring and developing all internal financial staff
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory laws
• Evaluate and advise on impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies, and regulatory actions

Remote Chief Financial Officer Qualifications Include

• 3-5+ years as a CFO of a similar business group
• Experience in purchasing and leasing of property for future growth
• CPA preferred
• MBA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration required
• Ideal candidates will have BOTH QSR AND non-restaurant experience
• Experience in acquisitions/ mergers
• Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
