Due to retirement, the Board of Directors of Aroostook Partnership (AP) is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the President & CEO. As the President, you will play a vital role in advancing and ensuring the economic survival and growth of Aroostook County, Maine.

Required Position Competency & Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership experience and confidence
• Motivator with a desire and passion for affecting change
• Educator with the ability to explain complex issues using everyday language
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, comfortable in media or legislative situations)
• Strong strategic thinking abilities
• Business acumen from extensive business experience

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of the region's economy and demographics
• Proven experience as a business leader or in economic development
