Your Role: Chief Executive Officer

As the visionary leader of our rehabilitation hospital, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of patient care, operational success, and overall growth. We are seeking an accomplished executive with a minimum of 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare facility CEO/COO role, and a profound understanding of rehabilitation hospital dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Experience as CEO/COO in Rehabilitation and/or Med-Surge hospitals and systems (both for-profit and non-profit), clinical and administrative management, and knowledge of rehabilitation hospital operations are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree (Masters degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Operations/Management, or a clinical discipline.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and authorize day-to-day operations, empowering the team to achieve clinical and financial objectives.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment and maintain strong partnerships within the healthcare community.
• Uphold patients' rights, safety, and the highest ethical standards in healthcare.
• Inspire and manage a high-performance management team, recruiting and mentoring exceptional individuals.
• Establish operational controls, administrative procedures, and reporting systems to surpass strategic plan goals.
• Champion a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensuring clinical excellence.
• Foster positive relationships across the organization, including Medical Staff and the Board of Managers.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with clinical excellence, financial performance, and market/business development in collaboration with the Board of Managers.
• Oversee the provision of services, negotiations, contracts, and compliance with regulations.
• Provide timely and comprehensive operational reports, reflecting strategic plan effectiveness.
• Ensure the financial soundness of the hospital, addressing deviations from established objectives.
